In July 2015 I had both knees replaced. Everything went great initially, until the adhesive that was used to hold the prosthesis in place failed, on both knees, and they had to be replaced again. This amounted to four major surgeries in two years. After speaking to Attorney Ginzkey, he explained to me my chances of ever receiving any compensation for what I had been through but, he didn’t give up. As a result of his efforts, the case was settled this July 2020 and he made sure I received adequate compensated. Jim Ginzkey is truly someone who cares about the clients he represents and the treatment they receive. The treatment I received from Jim and his staff was excellent and I just can’t thank him enough.
